Body text

You can permanently delete your ADA Knowledge Quest account directly from the app.

Please Note: Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone, so review this information completely before you begin. Once deleted, your account and associated data are removed, and you will no longer be able to sign in with that account.

Before you begin

  1. Install and open the ADA Knowledge Quest app on your device.
  2. Sign in with the account you want to delete.
  3. Make sure you have an active internet connection.

Step-by-step Account Deletion

  1. Open the ADA Knowledge Quest app and sign in.
  2. Tap My Account in the bottom navigation.
  3. Scroll to the account options and tap Delete Account.
  4. Review the warning on the confirmation screen:
    1. Deleting your account will permanently remove your data.
    2. Are you sure you want to continue?
  5. Choose one of the following:
    1. Tap Cancel to keep your account and go back.
    2. Tap Delete Account to permanently delete your account.

After you confirm deletion, you are signed out and returned to the sign-in screen. You may see a message that says Account deleted.

What Happens After Deletion

  • Your ADA RM account is permanently deleted.
  • You can no longer sign in with that account.
  • Data associated with your account (such as profile and learning progress) is removed.

Deleting your account cannot be undone. If you want to use ADA RM again later, you will need to create a new account.

Important Notes

  • Account deletion is available only while you are signed in to the app.
  • Tap Cancel on the confirmation screen if you do not want to delete your account.
  • If deletion fails (for example, due to a network issue), try again when you have a stable connection. Your account remains active until deletion completes successfully.
