Summary
We are unwavering in our commitment to cultivate a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) across all aspects of our work. We recognize that true accessibility exceeds the ADA; it includes embracing and celebrating the diverse tapestry of human experiences.

Our Pledge

We are dedicated to an ongoing journey of education on DEIA, understanding that continuous learning, un-learning, and cultural competency is fundamental to effectively supporting individuals and communities in our region.

Celebrating Diversity

We firmly believe that diverse and thoughtfully considered ideas, approaches, and experiences enhance the work we do. We celebrate the uniqueness of each individual, and acknowledge the strength derived from a community that wholeheartedly embraces diversity in all its manifestations.

Promoting a Discrimination-Free Environment

The Rocky Mountain ADA Center stands resolutely against any form of discrimination, ensuring an environment completely free from mistreatment based on race, ethnicity, gender identity and expression, age, religion, language, abilities and disabilities, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, geographic region, and more. Our commitment is to cultivate a space where every person feels not only welcomed but valued and respected.

Learning and Evolving

We are committed to learning from and alongside diverse communities, recognizing that our approach must be dynamic and responsive. Our goal is to mirror the ever-evolving language used by these communities to define themselves, respecting the agency and autonomy of each individual. Additionally, we strive to cultivate spaces that are representative of the diversity of the stakeholders in our region.

Collaborative Engagement

We extend an invitation to all individuals, organizations, and communities to engage with us collaboratively in our shared commitment to foster an inclusive, equitable, and accessible environment. Together, we can build a future where diversity is not merely acknowledged but celebrated, and where accessibility becomes a shared value that unites us all.
