Please join the Rocky Mountain ADA Center and Center for People with Disabilities for a free ADA Basics Workshop to learn about rights and responsibilities of employers, local and state government, and public accommodations.

We will discuss the definition of "disability" and distinguish between the "letter of the law," such as reasonable accommodations and effective communication, and the "spirit of the law," such as equity, etiquette and full participation.

We will also cover service animal topics to include definitions, rights and responsibilities of service animal users and covered entities under the ADA, reasonable modification of workplace policies and procedures for service animals and evaluating when a service animal is qualified to be in public.

For more information or to request an accommodation, please contact Anna Finkelstein, Community Organizer, at Anna@cpwd.org.
